Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Eric comes from a culture that values the Aloha spirit of openness and authenticity. When he first moved to Oakland, he was drawn to the similar authenticity and eclectic culture that made him feel at home.

Eric began his career in advertising technology companies after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked in sales and product management.While Eric enjoyed success in the billion-dollar tech industry, his passion was always real estate.

That passion led him to join the Gunderman Group. Eric gravitated toward the Gundermans in part because the group embodies the open, authentic eclecticism so familiar to him.

As in everything he does, Eric engages in real estate with the Aloha spirit and a strong desire to succeed, motivating him to help his clients navigate the challenges of buying and selling homes while taking the time to share in the joy and laughter the journey brings.

In his free time, Eric enjoys weightlifting, hiking, investing, and practicing Krav Maga.
