HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

Once you start thinking about renovating your home, gather info about the current and potential value of the house and share it with your KW Advisors agent.
Step 2

Your KW Advisors agent will work with you to decide what can be done to maximize your home’s value and set an estimated budget.
Step 3

Your dedicated project director will provide you with a comprehensive renovation plan with an estimated cost for the project.
Step 4

Our certified contractors will renovate your home according to the plan from start to finish, keeping you and your KW Advisors agent updated with progress photos.
Step 5

Now your home will sell for more! Home Concierge will be paid from the proceeds of the sale once collected by you and not a moment sooner.
