Work With Me

In 2008, I began my career in the real estate industry and was mentored by a well-known and highly recognized top-producing agent in Alameda County.
I worked very closely with him, learning the basics of real estate by helping him manage the REO/bank-owned side of his business. Within the first year of my career, my mentor promoted me to his listing manager, and instantly I knew selling real estate wasn’t going to be just a job but a passion. I attended the highly accredited Anthony Real Estate School in Foster City, CA, and passed the California State Real Estate Licensing Exam on my first try. As a new licensee, I supplemented my education by training and mentoring with my broker and attending Keller Williams agent training programs. I was also coached by the Mike Ferry Organization, North America’s leading real estate coaching and training organization. I am still practicing the knowledge I obtained from Mike Ferry’s organization and continue to further my education by enrolling in classes to learn new real estate laws and update my knowledge on the constantly changing market. I am the youngest of three boys who were all born and raised right here in Castro Valley. I started in the real estate industry right out of high school and fell in love with it. As a 19-year-old Realtor, it was difficult convincing buyers and sellers to trust me with their sale, but I always managed to earn their business and prove that I am knowledgeable and am always looking out for their best interests. My first year as a licensed Realtor, I closed seven transactions and have improved every year since then. I am the youngest Realtor in my office and one of the highest-producing Realtors at the Castro Valley Coldwell Banker Office. When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy all types of outdoor activities, including camping, water sports, taking my boat out, riding my Harley, playing or watching sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family. Specialties: First-time home buyers. Being one of the youngest Realtors in the Castro Valley area, I have focused the buying side of my business on helping first-time home buyers. I am able to relate to them and make them feel comfortable through the buying process. Trust & Probate Sales: My family owns Santos Robinson Mortuary in San Leandro, so I have been around that industry my whole life. Once I became a realtor, I learned from Santos Robinson the ins and outs of trust and probate sales to assist the families. REO/Bank Owned: When I began my career, I worked for a broker with multiple REO accounts and helped manage the bank-owned listings, so I am very familiar with the foreclosure and bank-owned sale processes.
