Over 15 years ago, Kim and her husband began studying and investing in real estate. Now, as a Realtor, Kim enjoys the privilege of helping clients transform their own homes to sell at the top of the market, identify investment opportunities that are right for them or find their own perfect home here in the East Bay. Her real estate appraisal background helps buyers know which properties will have better long-term appreciation potential and make winning offers without overpaying.



Growing up with family in San Francisco and Oakland, Kim knows how special the Bay Area is and how each neighborhood is not the same as the next. During her spare time, Kim can be found with her family and border collie, Molly, exploring the hiking trails and local eateries around the Bay.
