Central Berkeley, which is also called The Berkeley Flats, is actually quite the opposite of the Berkeley Hills. But even though it doesn’t provide as much of an overlooking view as Berkeley Hills, this place would still be perfect for families because of the better than average schools, high levels of diversity, and never-sleeping nightlife.
