North Berkeley is a neighborhood that’s home to a huge number of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. The vibe is highly urban since it’s quite close to UC Berkeley campus, and a lot of students come over to hang out or even live here. Because of that, most residential places are only rented and not owned. However, families live here too, especially because their public schools bear high rates.
